A 3 Month Programme for middle and high school students, college students and young adults starting on their first job through the transitional phase of their life focusing on physical, emotional and mental wellbeing to achieve all round excellence.
Features
- Looking at physical, emotional and mental changes that students and young adults face, and how to deal with that change in a healthy manner.
- Analyse situational context and define aspirational goals to build a robust mental model. This helps to cope with change and execute on goals by becoming better at resolving academic stress, competitive pressures and social interaction.
- Using healthy coping mechanisms to form habits that are developed over the course of 66 days. Some habits: study plans, exercise and coping with stress/anxiety.
- Leverage aspirations to drive growth through effective goal setting and achievement.
How the ICP Works:
The ICP is a three-month programme and includes the following:
- Establish Coaching agreement -Identify specific issues for the session/Rapport building.
- Set the Goals for the Programme. Invite clients to envision their desired outcome (explore ideas and strategies to get to the goal).
- Identify and commit to action.
- Create an action plan
- Coach the client.
- Monitoring Progress on a weekly basis (4 sessions a month-Each session will be of 1-hour duration. There will be two sessions in the first week to kick off the programme well)
- Key Outcomes – Track Habit-forming
- Review and Feedback
The Individual Coaching Plan helps students plan, prioritize, and improve their work performance in different aspects of their life ranging from effective time management to Study skills techniques, coping with stress and peer pressure to relationship issues and helping set clear & SMART goals and staying accountable to them. The coaching plan is customized to the needs of each individual. I will help you improve your performance in specific areas and help devise a coping mechanism for the same.
